Donations
The museum gratefully accepts donations of historic artifacts and images. All of our exhibits are made possible by the donations of Museum supporters. Limitations of display and storage space, however, force us to restrict donations to those directly related to the scope and purpose of the Museum (see our Mission Statement under "What We're All About"). All objects and images must have some connection to the history of the Fort Smith region.
Potential donors are strongly encouraged to contact the Museum Curator at (479)783-7841 to discuss possible gifts or to set up an appointment for further consultation. Donation inquiries may also be faxed to the Curator's attention at (479) 783 - 3244. As an added service, we can provide assistance in helping patrons locate a suitable repository for items that are not relevant to our Mission.
